Who this provider is for
I put Nebius on the shortlist when someone says ‘not AWS’ and ‘not a marketplace’ in the same breath, especially in Europe. It is trying to be a platform, which means you will pay some platform tax. That is fine if you wanted more than a naked GPU. If you wanted a naked GPU, RunPod still wins the afternoon.
Rent it if Teams who want a specialist/hyperscaler-ish GPU cloud with a European centre of gravity.
Skip it if Pure price shoppers on consumer GPUs. Compliance shoppers who need a US-only story, check regions, do not assume.
